Hello Math Gurus. Ever since I have started whole numbers at school I never seem to be able to cope with it well. I am a topper at all the other branches, but this particular branch seems to be my weak point. Can some one aid me in learning it properly ?

You really shouldn’t have wasted money on a math tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor , you could have saved yourself loads of money! Anyway, now you can’t change it. In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would suggest trying Algebrator. It’s a very easy to use software. It can solve the toughest problems for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! There used to be a time when even I was having difficulty understanding hypotenuse-leg similarity, angle suplements and adding matrices. But thanks to Algebrator, everything’s good now.

I know a couple of teachers who use Algebrator themselves to teach students.

Have a look at the tutorials available at https://polymathlove.com/rational-numbers.html. You have plentiful information on Pre Algebra, particularly on system of equations, factoring expressions and adding exponents. Good luck!

I recommend trying out Algebrator. It not only helps you with your math problems, but also gives all the necessary steps in detail so that you can improve the understanding of the subject.
