Hi everybody I am about halfway through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to get the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with how to learn basic algebra. Could somebody out there please help me with unlike denominators, equivalent fractions and subtracting exponents. I can’t afford to hire a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of mastering topics like graphing or hypotenuse-leg similarity without fuss , please drop me a line Thanks heaps |

What specifically is your problem with how to learn basic algebra? Can you provide some more ? One effortless way of overcoming your trouble with locating a tutor at an reasonable charge is for you to go in for a appropriate program. There are a variety of programs in algebra that are to be had . Of all those that I have tried out, the best is Algebrator. Not only does it work out the math problems, the good thing in it is that it explains every step in an easy to follow manner. This makes certain that not only you get the correct answer but also you get to be trained how to get to the answer. |

Thanks for the advice . Algebrator is truly a pretty good algebra software. I was able to get answers to queries I had about point-slope, graphing parabolas and solving a triangle. You only need to type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the results you need. You can use it for all types of , like Algebra 1, College Algebra and College Algebra. I would highly recommend Algebrator. |

I am not trying to run away from my problems . I do admit that dozing off is not a solution to it either. Please let me know where I can find this piece of software. |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Pre Algebra and Remedial Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with scientific notation, algebra formulas and side-angle-side similarity. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program. |

Hi All, Based on your reviews , I ordered the Algebrator to get myself educated with the fundamental theory of Algebra 1. The explanations on quadratic inequalities and angle complements were not only understandable but made the entire topic pretty exciting . Thanks a bunch for all of you who pointed me to have a look at the Algebrator! |
